I take women from total body assessment to nutrition coaching and customized exercise programs catered to your current physical ability. The High Performance Woman Program

 (Virtual/online 1-one-1)

This 6 week program focuses on the female executive or C-suite high performer that transforms women over age 35 from frustrated to a new level of fit! Understanding and navigating the board room may be your comfort zone, but you mat be on the struggle bus when it comes to your own wellness. Regain energy, jumpstart weight loss and feel better naked!

Nutrition and Wellness Counseling Session: 60-75min (Virtual)

 
In this one-on-one session we break down struggles or barriers with eating and finding the right food combinations. You will learn strategies and build a plan to implement independently by the end of this session.

Wellness Coaching for Women over 35 helps you navigate perimenopause (the time before menopause) and beyond. During our late 30s our bodies start going kinda crazy on us! Some things you may not notice, but others like stubborn belly fat, difficulty with sleeping, energy levels and of course stress doesn’t help!

During this time we also begin to lose 1% of muscle mass and our hormone levels begin to shift and change. This can lead to increased risk of heart disease, insulin resistance, abnormal blood sugars that can lead to being pre-diabetic and not even know it! Our current healthcare system tends to be reactive, waiting until we have actually walked right into diabetes and other health conditions, leading first with medications!

I’m focused on the preventative and reversal model! What can we do now to take back our health, not waiting until we “feel symptoms” or being satisfied with taking medications for the rest of our lives.
